The process starts with taking the Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment (ELI), a scientifically validated instrument that measures your perception and perspective of your world. It is a one-of-a-kind transformational assessment that reveals why you see yourself and the world as you do, for self-awareness.

Analyzing Your Results
Upon completion of the online assessment, your results will be analyzed and you will receive an interpretation guided by spirit. Collaboratively we will explore your results over a 90-minute private video conference. During the conference, we will expose and explore layers or patterns of conditioning, bringing awareness to who you are currently showing up as. We will come up with a plan to co-create your journey.
